What is the Running Pace Calculator?

Running pace is how long it takes to cover one kilometre, expressed as minutes:seconds per km. Runners use it to pace efforts and predict race times.

Pace = time ÷ distance. For example 50 minutes over 10 km is a 5:00 min/km pace, or 12 km/h.
