What is the Body Fat Calculator?
Body fat percentage is the share of your total weight that is fat. It's a better health indicator than weight or BMI alone because it distinguishes fat from muscle and bone.
How to Calculate
The US Navy method uses log-based formulas on your waist, neck and height (plus hip for women). Measure each circumference in centimetres for an estimate accurate to within a few percent.
Formula
Men: 495 / (1.0324 − 0.19077·log₁₀(waist−neck) + 0.15456·log₁₀(height)) − 450
